Anotronic Precision Machining Subcontract Services
Over the last 40 years Anotronic has grown its Sub-contract machining to a state of the art ‘One Stop Shop’ production facility, with High end machine tools from Matsuura,DMG,Hurco and Sodick to name but a few. We have continuously invested in the latest technologies to keep Anotronic at the forefront of our industry. Anotronic are proud that we are now in our 15th year of our BSI quality accreditation.
3, 4 and 5 axis milling
Anotronic has an impressive multi-axis CNC milling department from the small footprint but large capacity Hurco VM1’s to our Latest acquisition, a 5 Axis Matsuura MX-520 machining cell coupled to a Lang 60 pallet Loading system for lights-out production.
Multi-axis CNC turning
We have invested heavily over the last couple of years in our multi-axis CNC turning department. Our DMG lathes give us the confidence to tackle the most demanding of jobs. All our fully CNC machines have probing and digital drives with the latest Siemens controls.
5 Axis wire erosion
Anotronic have been operating wire erosion machines for over 20 years. We have vast knowledge of settings and cutting conditions for a wide range of materials. There cannot be many material that we haven’t cut over the years.
EDM
Our large EDM department with machines for Manual to Full CNC spark eroding with rotary and tool changers using 3R, Erowa and Hirschman tooling.
6 Axis EDM drilling
We have been using and selling EDM drilling machines for 15 years now. We have vast experience in most aspects of EDM drilling from 0.2mm holes in fuel nozzles to 6.35mm in Carbide Dies.
Vibratory finishing
Our finishing media and chemical additive combinations provide a wide spectrum of finishes from simple deburring, edge breaking, degreasing and radiusing, through to 0.03 ra super finishing.
Inspection
Full inspection Facilities including Two CMM’s, Vision System, 3D laser scanner, thread and bore gauges etc.
CAD design and implementation
Anotronic can import most CAD formats and manipulate for our customers’ requirements.
